About Me, Elyse Simone
Elyse Simone was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. Elyse began dancing at 6 years old. Elyse realized that cheerleading and dance were her passion at a very young age. She always made sure she had a performance in front of the fireplace every night singing, dancing and entertaining her parents.
As a native of Charlotte, Elyse was a Junior TopCat for the Carolina Panthers Cheerleading squad for many years. Her role model Eiesha Horsley sparked an interest in Elyse to aspire to become an NFL cheerleader.
Elyse started competitive cheerleading and competitive dance in middle school and continued throughout high school. Elyse competed at numerous regional and national competitions, where she earned a variety of titles throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.

Elyse has been an NFL cheerleader for the past 4 seasons, including being a cheerleader during the NFC Championship playoffs and Super Bowl 51 in Houston, Texas. Putting a smile on children face and seeing them light up is what really makes her job so special and all the hard work worth it.
Elyse loves to perform every Sunday for fans and share her passion with all of her teammates. Besides performing, Elyse is very active with HBCU Dance Corporation which is a camp that provides training to girls who are preparing to dance with an HBCU dance line or in the near future.
Elyse’s wants all young women to know you can do anything you set your mind to as long as you are willing to put in the hard work and dedication behind it.
